At Shelving, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home organization solutions. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack With Care

  Place the shelving units and all hardware back into their original packaging, ensuring all components are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
